About Bike Citizens

We’re a team of 30+ based in Graz and Germany. Bike Citizens started out by creating the world’s first navigation app that focuses on urban cycling. We work together with cities and municipalities using Bike Citizens’ innovative app and web solutions to motivate people going by bike and increasing the cities’ cycling share.

What will you be doing

  • The main focus will be the multi channel distribution of our product “Finn” and other hardware products
  • Explore and develop new sales opportunities and outbound sales
  • Account management: focus on customer retention and growth
  • Acting as a representative to build awareness and understanding for our products in sales meetings and at international trade fairs
  • Order full-fulfillment

You are our ideal match if you

  • Are outgoing, communicative, empathetic and goal-oriented
  • Have sales experience or followed a field related study
  • Have excellent written and spoken German, fluent English and every other language is considered a plus!
  • Can present yourself well and eventually, our products well
  • Are an eager learner!

Salary: The minimum salary €€ 2.000,- gross/month for a 36h base.
Your actual salary will depend on your experience, skills, contribution to Bike Citizens and is to be negotiated.
