About Bike Citizens

We’re a team of 30+ based in Graz and Germany. Bike Citizens started out by creating the world’s first navigation app that focuses on urban cycling. We work together with cities and municipalities using Bike Citizens’ innovative app and web solutions to motivate people going by bike and increasing the cities’ cycling share.

What will you be doing

  • The main focus will be the multi channel distribution of our smartphone mount “Finn” and other hardware products
  • Explore and develop new sales opportunities, outbound sales
  • Account management, focus on customer retention and growth
  • Acting as a representative to build awareness and understanding for our products in sales meetings and at international trade fairs
  • Independent organization and execution of negotiations incl. closing
  • Order full-fulfillment
  • Present and report to Management team
  • Co-design strategy for the Hardware department

 

You are an ideal candidate if you

  • Have at least 5 years sales experience in FMCG, in the cycling industry is a plus
  • Have experience setting out and implementing sales strategies
  • Have experience managing a team
  • Are outgoing, communicative, empathetic and goal-oriented
  • Have excellent written and spoken German, fluent English and every other language is considered a plus!
  • Can present yourself well and, eventually, our products well

Salary: The minimum salary € 3.000,- gross/month for a 36h base.
Your actual salary will depend on your experience, skills, contribution to Bike Citizens and is to be negotiated.
